Villa San Gio’ is a wide and fascinating

Antonio, live in the main villa built in the XVI
century and surrounded by a wonderful garden
with secular trees, magnificent roses, lilacs
and many other flowers.
Bambu’, Calicanto and Mandarancio are at the ground
floor and they all consists in one double bedroom,
one livingroom with kitchen corner, one bathroom. As
well as Mimosa apt. which is located at the first
floor. A beautiful common room with TV, corner
writing bureau, large panoramic window, ornamental
fireplace, bathroom and service room (with washing
machine and ironing facilities) is open to all the
guests.
Part of the villa has been recently transformed into 5 self catering apts., nicely furnished with family antiques and enjoying the garden and the panoramic swimming pool (6 by 12 meters).

! Peonia, at the first floor, is the biggest apt.
and can sleep up to 4 persons. It comprises a large
living room with wooden beamed ceilings; log
fireplace, well equipped kitchen with large window
giving you a nice panoramic view; sofa bed that can
sleep two; 2 main bedrooms: one is matrimonial with
en-suite bathroom and two large windows; baby cot
can be added to this room; the other room is a twin
(2 single beds) with window, small terrace and
bathroom.
