The agritourism estate of Santa Cristina is nestled amongst the gentle hills of Latium – land of Etruscans, the Ancient Romans and many popes. The property consisting in 3 independent villas, enjoys a fine position overlooking its own vineyards and the surrounding countryside. Each of the villas has a private garden with pergola. The patio and the internal floor area is paved in Tuscan terracotta. There is also a private garage with room for 3 cars underneath each villa.
At the ground floor you will find a large living room with satellite TV, a dining area, a fireplace with a large South-facing sun window, a fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and oven, breakfast room, a twin bedded room with en suite bathroom (shower) with fittings for the disabled.
The first floor comprehends a double bedded room with en suite bathroom with tub and 2 twin bedded rooms with en suite bathroom (one with shower, one with bath tub). Each villa sleeps 8 persons. Two of the villas, Sveva and Domitilla, may be taken as one thus accommodating 16 persons, sharing the pool area (14x7x1,4 m). The third one, Laurentia, has its own private pool.
