A few kms outside Selci village, Casaletto La Quercia, offers you plenty of privacy and silence. In Alessandra and Giovanni’s property, their house is just around the corner, Casaletto La Quercia has its independent entrance and driveway. Anyway, being him a pilot and her a stewardess, they’re often not at home.
The house consists in a pretty spacious living/dining room with kitchen corner, one bathroom, one little living corner and a double bedroom at the first floor, and on the loft you have a double bed and a door to a smaller room with a single bed.

They have 4 hectares of land, where they keep a few horses and a few little goats. This majestic secular oak tree makes a fantastic shelter right on one side of the house, where to eat and hang out.
